These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and paus138 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the paus138 website located at https://paus138.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or claiming any promotion offered by paus138, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform voluntarily or by paus138's decision.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of paus138 or any of its service providers, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You are acting in your own name using your own funds and are not engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

To access the full range of services on paus138, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested during sign-up.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide, at minimum, the following information during registration:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number for account verification and security purposes.
• A secure password of your own choosing that meets the Platform's minimum complexity requirements.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. paus138 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify paus138 immediately via our support channels if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. paus138 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

paus138 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests are processed and at any time paus138 deems a compliance review necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification at paus138 requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport. Both sides of the MyKad are required. The document must be valid and unexpired at the time of submission.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face. The document and your facial features must both be clearly legible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, evidence of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your FPX or DuitNow account confirmation).

5.2 Verification Timelines

paus138 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving a complete and legible document submission. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion of your verification review.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your paus138 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and online banking transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). paus138 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has successfully completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified real-money Balance, net of any Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements; and (c) there are no outstanding compliance queries on your Account.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally feasible. paus138 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

6.3 Processing Times

• FPX and DuitNow withdrawals: processed within 3 to 30 minutes of approval during standard banking hours.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals: processed within 3 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically 1 to 24 hours depending on banking system availability.
• Withdrawals submitted outside standard banking hours or on Malaysian public holidays may be subject to next-business-day processing.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

paus138 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits as communicated in the Platform's current withdrawal policy. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms and conditions.

paus138 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible registered Account holder and may not be transferred or assigned.
• The use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and Account suspension.
• paus138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to paus138 and any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses are void.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, only wagers placed on slots contribute 100% towards clearing a Wagering Requirement; table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or transaction, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Breaching the maximum bet restriction may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, irrespective of whether the Wagering Requirement has otherwise been met.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements are subject to validity windows as specified in each promotion. Typical validity periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from your Account.

All bets placed on paus138 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the specific game rules or the Platform's cancellation policy expressly permits.
• paus138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed in error due to a systems fault.
• In the event of a clear pricing error (manifest error) in odds or game return rates, paus138 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake to the player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Mix Parlay accumulator bets are subject to specific rules regarding void selections, early settlement options, and minimum combination requirements as detailed in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other supported markets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. paus138 reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paus138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or having another person operate more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, system error, or platform vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage or generate unintended winnings.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Conducting any transaction that may constitute money laundering, structuring, or any other form of financial crime.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or licensing requirements.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of those promotions.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology.

paus138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy of the Platform.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any financial crime.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Request by the player to self-exclude in accordance with the Platform's Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory or compliance requirement, including instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, paus138 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Balance, including real-money funds, pending the resolution of any investigation. Where no breach is established and the suspension is lifted or the Account is closed at the player's valid request, any verified real-money Balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to paus138 via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, paus138 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money Balance, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paus138, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical error, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions in any third-party payment processing services including FPX, DuitNow, and electronic wallet providers.
• Any decision made by you in reliance upon information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

paus138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, paus138 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 10.1.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction as determined by its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and paus138, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's official support channels. Where direct resolution is not achievable within a reasonable timeframe, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent paus138 from seeking emergency injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its player community.
